Orders older than 90 days will not be entitled to a full refund and will be subject to approval by management.

Returns & Refunds

Our refund for returns policy lasts 90 days.

To be eligible for a return and refund, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Returned orders that were made within 90 days are still eligible for a refund if only one product has been opened.

For example, if you ordered 3 bottles of Premium Strength Turmeric Curcumin (With BioPerine), in order to qualify for a full refund, you will need to return 2 sealed bottles within 90 days.

Using all 3 bottles will disqualify you from returning anything and receiving a refund. This policy is set in place to mitigate refund abuse where some customers finish all bottles then request for a refund (it happens).

In order to qualify for a partial refund, you will need to return 1 sealed bottle (out of 3). The calculation will then be derived from your original total.

Returns and Refunds for more than 3 bottles will also follow the same procedure.

Buy X Get Y Promos

By availing our "Buy X Get Y" promotions, you are forfeiting your right to a refund. These promotions are claim-only and the terms and conditions will be communicated on all channels for transparency.

Incorrect Shipping Address

If you have entered the wrong shipping address and your order has already been shipped out. We will only refund up to 50% of your purchase amount or will re-ship your order for an additional 50% of your initial purchase price.
Shipping will be included for free within this re-ship price.


Tracking Marked As 'Delivered' But Claim To Not Receive Package.

If shipping address is correct and order tracking is marked as delivered yet the customer claims to have not received their parcel. We will re-ship the order for an additional 50% of the order price plus a shipping fee of $4.95. 
Refunds will not be given if address is correct and parcel is marked as delivered.
