Turmeric with ginger or BioPerine? Our ginger formula has both.
If you are choosing between these two Vita bottles, you do not have to give up BioPerine to get ginger. Both panels list 10 mg BioPerine per two-capsule serving. The difference is elsewhere in the ingredient list.

The same total milligrams can hide a different formula.
Add the declared ingredients and each serving totals 1,310 mg. In the original, that is 1,200 + 100 + 10. In the ginger version, it is 1,000 + 200 + 100 + 10.
The ginger version adds 200 mg organic ginger extract alongside 200 mg less turmeric root. The 100 mg turmeric ingredient and 10 mg BioPerine stay the same. Comparing only the total would miss that choice.

What did the often-quoted 2,000% absorption study actually test?
An absorption number becomes useful when you know the ingredients and quantities behind it. We went back to the original 1998 study abstract rather than using the headline as a claim about our bottle.

Curcumin, a curcuminoid mixture and turmeric root are different declarations. Piperine and the weight of a black pepper extract are also not interchangeable labels. That is why we do not transfer the study's percentage onto Vita or compare it directly with another brand's absorption multiplier.
